The collection includes remarkable examples from many of the most iconic names in 20th century photography.

The Stranahans have indicated that this permanent gift is to be used to strengthen the college’s educational mission and that it should be made widely available to Colorado Mountain College students and the various communities in its 12,000 square-mile service area.

Twenty-three photos from the Stranahan collection are on exhibit at the brand new CMC Summit Campus through February 24, 2009.  Stop in, tour our new academic building and see some of these rare photographs!
